Day 1: Camel riding – Sunset view – Camp – Drum show.

This overnight excursion launches about two hours before the sun goes down. The camel ride will take you deep into desert life through the great orange sea of sand dunes named Erg Chebbi. Along the way, you will stop occasionally halfway for the mesmerizing view of sunset from atop high dunes. Indeed, this is one of the best spots in the whole world to admire sunset and sunrise. If you are lucky, you will see some desert animals like: the fennec fox, sandfish, etc.

Upon your arrival to the camp, they will welcome you with a cup of tea and show you to your tents, and then you can go around enjoying the quietness of the desert. After dinner, there will be a drum show performed by the staff at the camp. Furthermore, you will be well-placed to enjoy the stars, shooting stars and the milky-way.

Day 2: Sunrise view – Breakfast – Camel riding.

You will need to get up early morning for a memorable sunrise the following day. Breakfast is served at the camp after sunrise. Afterwards, you will ride camels again back to the village.

Please note

• The individual tent has an additional supplement of 25 euros in standard camp and 35 euros in superior camp.
• Free parking at the meeting point (Riad Azawad).
• You can go by car instead of camel without any additional cost, but if you want to go by camel and return by car or you see versa, the supplement is 10 euros per person. There is the possibility to make the round trip by quad and the price is 50 euros for single quad and 70 euros for double quad.

In this activity we offer two types of camps, standard camp with shared bathroom and comfortable haima to spend a quiet night in the desert and superior camp has a private bathroom inside the haima and all the comforts for an unforgettable experience.
